      CrossBox begins with a person's want to improve their fitness level , while learning the basic's of the world's most applicable Martial Art.  The aim of CrossBox is to establish a basic guideline for the practitioner to maintain a peak level of fitness  with minimal equipment or space.  We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for physical and mental toughness — not only for the gym, but for the everyday fight of life.

 

The Power of CrossBox  is learning and applying pure boxing technique with proven CrossTraining techniques . All of CrossBox workouts are based on traditional boxing movements. The most important of these movements are rooted in learning a true boxing stance .

While it  has been demonstrated that boxer's are some of the world’s fittest, the CrossBox  program brings these powerful training methods  to the practitioner at thier own progress, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.

 

 

 Anyone with an Internet connection and the willingness to improve their health can do a CrossBox Workout with minimal equipment and minimal space.
